NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
California City Police Department
Every community looking to improve their quality of life, have entered into an alliance with their neighbors, to help fight crime the most effective way - before it begins.

Neighbors working together in cooperation with law enforcement can make one of the best crime fighting teams around.

The neighborhood alliance is not limited to stoping burglaries or thefts, but includes other community problems such as drug activity or speeding vehicles, community hazards or blight, or other negative influences that effects our quality of life.

It establishes an infrastructure that in times of disasters or other emergencies, we come together to find solutions or other positive courses of action.

In today's law enforcement it is called Problem Solving Policing.
